If it is the lenders then speaking from experience, I withdrew my funds as the share market offered more tempting returns then PLT. This would also coincide with and explain the lack of funds on offer when PLT's investor returns spiked to 8% and withdrawals had 30 day waits during COVID. Just my 2c worth.
