p2p doesnt work, has been shown the world over not to. what do you think ratesetter UK sold for $20M to a bank after writing billions in loans.

the aus team have been smart enough to pivot faster, and will move to debt markets funding entirely and keep the bigger margins for themselves. good news for us shareholders, but not great if you liked investing on the platform.

all my own theory of course, and just my best guess and what they'll do. but makes sense to me.
