It is an odd carrot and stick way of electing "a fortunate few" to a have a priority, but there is nothing to say those allocated won't flip the shares for a quick profit at listing either.
The Amount being sought is 55 million (4.7 million of which is offer costs) I'm expecting to not receive an allocation.
I'd buy on market at $1.66 but I don't think people will be selling at my price.
