There are a number of companies that do it.
I've been using Balmain Private for a while & they have a very good platform but you have to be quick as they get filled pretty quickly.
Loans are for commercial, residential, industrial & residential generally around 6 mnths to 2 years. You need $50k to open an account but after that investments can be as low as $100 each.

My current average return at BP is 7.43% on14 loans with average LVR 52.0%.
Funding is another site I've just started using, they are residential mortgages focusing on short term temporary loans with $5k to open an account.

Both companies you can do everything online without signing paperwork etc for each investment unlike La Trobe Financial.
