If you don't want to manage your individual loans yourself then ASX:QRI is probably the way to go. It's on around an 8% discount to NTA & paying about 6.7% with distributons on a monthly basis.Pre COVID-19 it was trading at or slightly above NTA of $1.60 so a bit of a capital gain going forward as well.
QRI have zero arears or impairments on their current loan book, update released today.
Almost all their loans are 1st mortgages.
I hold QRI.
So coming back to the original point I really can't see the point in investing in the Plenti marketplace now unless they remove the interest rate cap.
