ipo price now breached

At last the IPO price of 60c has been breached.
To the TA out there would be interested to see where the sp is headed?

for a stock that 2 weeks ago was lucky to see daily t/o of about 50k todays t/o of 1.34m plus very large t/o for the past week and a half suggests that there is some corporate activity at foot?

Any chance of someone throwing in a take over to get EOC on the cheap before the market catches on to what they have?
