    My guess would be that shareholders get nothing. I read one report which suggested Kogan paid around $2 million for DSE Online. That's chickenfeed. I'm sure Administrators/Receivers will be able to increase their fees sufficiently to soak up any surplus if secured lenders get all their money back.
