It is not nonsense to ceiling on IPO price by law or public agreements.
In DSH's case,IPO price was decided by the multiple times of EBITDA only.
Thus people bought $0.6 of equity value share at $2.20 per share in IPO.
Why do you think it is sensable that IPO price is decided by multiple times of EBITDA or NPAT and it is non- sense to reflect the equity value in IPO price?
Evenif there is no limit in laws the multiple times of EBITDA or NPAT to decide the IPO price,there is limit in customs.
Will you buy $0.6 of equity value share in retail company at more than $1.2 per share?
