There is 2m potential clients in the market. You're not going to pay $45k to get a new one.

I also can't see any value in the IP. Nothing partially savvy or exciting about processing loans fast. Square are claiming they will roll out a 3 click/no-paperwork process which makes sense as they will have significant existing data on their customer base and the expertise to assess business health.

So no value in the customer base, no novelty in the IP, not particularly good upstream credit terms, and pretty green management. What's left to get to a $22m market cap?
