Has there been any word as to whether CMR's future IPOs will be pro rata? I'm assuming that, given CMR's high share price compared with other recent companies that have done spinoffs, it won't be. I mean, if they specified a 1 for 5 entitlement, and a huge number of shareholders had only 100 shares each (say), then pro rata wouldn't provide a fair distribution of IPO shares. Any thoughts?
