Probably there will be no meaningful buy and sell quotes until a few minutes prior to listing.
In my experience, both buyers and sellers enter misleading quotes and then pull them prior to the company going live.
The other day when I saw TRP go live and list at $0.80, but literally seconds prior to that there were buy orders in at $1.50.
