If you go directly via the lead broker then you dont have to pay before they confirm you allocation. Once they confirm you allocation then you will get email for acceptance. After you accept you will get settlement date and payment details. For OnMarket its different. You pay all bids in OnM then they will refund extra cash after allocation.
