Just for those that applied via general offer (since looks like the broker offers are done and dusted), Automic just updated with 100% scaleback for me, dated today.
I applied on 18/11, which is about a week after it opened, which was probably too slow despite it being open for another week after that. Since then I've been watching the dates a hell of a lot more closely to try get in on day 1 for general public offers.
