The SARCO IPO is happening at the end of 2011 or early 2012.

IMO it's no issue to be concerned with now. There are going to be several "what if" scenarios between now and then.

I.e. what if GRAM succeeds with the Caledon bid ORD gets it's 10% option and immediately on sells it to another buyer at a profit?

What if ORD sells Suplejack (or as I expect JV's it with another partner?)

What if we find a ridiculous amount of copper at CF? (Good chance IMO)

While cool at first, I've since warmed to Frank and his team and the way they are going about their business.

Frank has stated that ORD will be a mid-tier producer within 3 years so I have no doubt he already has a longterm master plan in place to achieve that goal.

And I'll bet that while Frank was in Laos just now all deal structures and necessary financing have already been worked out.

That is the Chinese way.

Why be pessimistic about dilutions and so on now.

Right now It's ORD's turn to shine and I'm going to enjoy it.
