    IPO raise 200 mill. Plant cost 600 mill = 400 to find??

    According to the announcement today 70% from chinese institutions. Therefore 280 million funded or abouts.

    NFC and ORD need to find 120 million.

    ORD price sensitive release today will rocket in the coming weeks. This is huge news it is going ahead!!!
