Sarytogan Graphite is a graphite explorer advancing the large Sarytogan deposit located in the Karaganda region of Central Kazakhstan. Post the IPO, the company will own 100% of the project.

• Large exploration concession footprint of 103.92 km²
• Significant 209 Mt @ 28.5% TGC Mineral Resource, positioning Sarytogan as the owner of the second largest graphite deposit on the ASX - after Syrah Resources ($0.8b market cap)
• Equidistant from emerging battery manufacturing hubs in China and Europe
• Well placed as a major global graphite resource to serve the global EV supply chain
• The project is well serviced by nearby infrastructure (roads, railway, power, water), enabling a streamlined transition to future mining and are critical considerations for potential financiers
• Kazakhstan is an established mining jurisdiction with a lower corporate tax rate than Australia (20%).
• Robust capital structure with 57% of shares escrowed for 2 years from IPO including 45% held by Technical Director Dr. Waldemar Mueller
• Sarytogan recently commenced another round of drilling in late April 2022, with additional exploration planned post IPO
