Sarytogan Graphite is a graphite explorer advancing the large Sarytogan deposit located in the Karaganda region of Central Kazakhstan. Post the IPO, the company will own 100% of the project.

Large exploration concession footprint of 103.92 km²
Significant 209 Mt @ 28.5% TGC Mineral Resource, positioning Sarytogan as the owner of the second largest graphite deposit on the ASX - after Syrah Resources ($0.8b market cap)
Equidistant from emerging battery manufacturing hubs in China and Europe
Well placed as a major global graphite resource to serve the global EV supply chain
The project is well serviced by nearby infrastructure (roads, railway, power, water), enabling a streamlined transition to future mining and are critical considerations for potential financiers
Kazakhstan is an established mining jurisdiction with a lower corporate tax rate than Australia (20%).
Robust capital structure with 57% of shares escrowed for 2 years from IPO including 45% held by Technical Director Dr. Waldemar Mueller
Sarytogan recently commenced another round of drilling in late April 2022, with additional exploration planned post IPO

IPO is raising up to $8.5m at $0.20 per share.
IPO to fund exploration of the Sarytogan graphite project and associated studies
Well placed to capitalise of growing EV uptake and located in between production hubs in Europe and China.
