Why do you think London will spit the dummy and panic sell. Anyone who has enough clout to move markets in West African oil shares is clearly a big player and that sort of entity is not going to be phased by something as innocuous a coup. Afterall, that sort of thing is quite common in Africa along with lawlessness and corruption of staggering proportions.
Anyone who chooses to invest in this part of the world is bound to be a risk taker and not prone to being frightened by their own shadow.
