Been released to Onmarket. I will be taking a fair swing at this. Reasons below:
1. Only 3 existing shareholders and no doubt that is weigh they are using onmarket as one platform to get spread
2. ALL EXISTING SHARES UNDER ESCROW!!! Anyone selling on day one below 35c will be accepting a loss
3. Company been a round a long time and has had good growth (not stunning but this is an established business). Growth 16 to 17 was very good and COGs % is improving
4. making a profit - but i would expect it to turn into a loss as they want to invest in R&D to move company forward
5. Good balance sheet with current assets quite comfortably covering the liabilities even without raising the cash.
