One reason I am confident of some sales news is because the performance rights (held by the two founders) all linked to sales of Innovendi product. As per the prospectus, management anticipates purchase orders for Innovendi from Tnuva (Bright Food) by end of 2018. 

2 Vesting of Performance Rights(a) (Vesting on satisfaction of milestones) Subject toparagraphs 2(b), 2(c), 2(d) and 2(e), PerformanceRights will vest if and when the following milestones areachieved:

(i) a Sale and Purchase Agreement is executed with aManufacturer or Integrator for the Innovendi Kit;

(ii) there is a direct sale of the Innovendi Kit to acustomer; or

(iii) a Distribution Agreement is executed between theCompany and a distributor,(collectively, Milestones or Strategic Agreements) and theminimum number of units of the Innovendi Kit are sold in therelevant Milestone Region.(b) (Milestone Regions) The number of the holder’sPerformance Rights which vest upon a Milestone beingachieved is dependent upon the country or region inwhich the Milestone is achieved (Milestone Region)

Innovendi business model will be to charge a customer upfront for the sales so we should see $$$. 

Innovendi: Shekel Brainweigh is developing a productcalled Innovendi – an autonomous vending machine,incorporating the Product Aware Shelf, to provide astreamlined user experience. Innovendi utilises ShekelBrainweigh’s Product Aware Surface Technology toautomate the entire vending machine process, fromproduct selection to payment. The products availablevia the autonomous vending machines are accessiblethrough one or more of the following methods:

(A) magnetic card readers (including, for example,credit cards and employee cards);

(B) biometric readers (such as for fingerprints);and/or

(C) near field communication (NFC) functionalityon technological devices (for example, onsmartphones).
