Positives are:
1. Tight Capital structure with no seed and pre IPO holders;
2. Five founders retaining 80% of shares post IPO and all of them are voluntary escrowed for 12 months;
3. 20% IPO holders;
4. EBITDA positive and next year growth is looking good too @37%;
5. Valuation is not high at 6.6 times EBITDA to EV on FY 23 figures;
6. Majority of the IPO cornerstoned by few institutions. Not much for sophisticated or retail;
Unless someone wants to sell at loss from IPO, I don't see much downside excepting how the Mr Market will be around the listing time.
