So to put this all to bed, have a read of the STP financials and note the $8m worth of PSUs issued in 2021. The only reason a company would do that is to avoid dilution of the common stock - a share Issue would be way easier (but dilutive). That the selling shareholder was not prepared to dilute his holding tells you where he thinks value is. Then note that 80% of the selling shareholder’s share are escrowed until 2023. That is pretty bullish behaviour by the person who knows more about the company’s prospects than any of us.
