Lol, the email for me didn't come through til this afternoon! Fortunately I left the page open this morning and just happened to occasionally hit refresh, so all sorted.
RB probably need to sort out their electronic comms for offers...that said, I imagine it's most of us on here who are taking the allocations, which isn't necessarily a bad thing after all!
