I didn't hear anyone saying MQR was going to bag straight up. ASX were never just going to let a compliance shell vend immediately (see QNL HWK MZZ BMT BSX CO1 etc as precedence).
As always, it's pick the right vessel, for the right reason and pay what you're comfortable paying, based on the team and project.
