Just saw Howard Coleman (Director and Team Invest founder) mentioning it on Your Money.

Appears his son is the CEO.

Seems to be a compliance listing only with 0.5-2.0% new capital on listing.
Its a ragtag bunch of various small companies, made a loss in 2017 and a $5.8m profit in 2018.
Pretty lofty P/E of 18-19x historically and EV/EBITDA of 15-16x on the 2018 numbers
Which seems pretty high.

Given as it's newly listed, doesn't have a history of consistent profits, I don't think it would meet TeamInvests usual criteria.
