Yes all current holders as at a certain date (will be listed in the SPP notice) will be entitled to purchase shares at 63c to a maximum amount.
Hopefully the time frame to purchase is reasonably short, that limits the SP lowering.

After most CR the SP drops to some level closer to the CR price, not always but often as some traders can't resist a quick 10-20% profit. Just expect a little drop & back up as fundamentals of THC only improved by the funds increase to further progress.
