From their perspective they probably only want to publicise the absolute minimum in the least amount of channels. Reason being, the issuing of the supplementary prospectus allows those that had already committed funds the opportunity to now withdraw. There may be a few nervous nellies about and rightly so. I hope investors don’t get burnt on this one.
