Interesting, profitable business with a good product.
Some key contracts that are vital for the business but barring a black swan event seem solid.
Directors are to have a high percentage of the holdings with minimal amount for the public.
Management expenses are high with full wages to key staff and high STI at 50% albeit serving as a golden handcuff.
I question why they are listing in Australia when their business is and is planned for further expansion in the US and NZ.
