Just read the prospectus, is there any publicly available information anywhere on what is the breakdown of the revenues? Whether most are payment for perpetual subscription/periodic subscription? The note sections in the prospectus didn't really provide much information. Also, do they provide paid trial period? If so, how much of the revenue is actually sourced from trials?
I get with GDPR happening in the EU, I can see a lot of potential use cases for TymleZ. Probably it is also the region with the lowest hanging fruits in term of use cases. Only tier 1 customer I see is Grant Thornton, which is good. I wish there was an investor presentation document somewhere with more content.
Love the concept of blockchain, but there sure is a lot of unknown that I would like to get further clarifications on.
