I’ve read lots of customer reviews complaining of no 4G coverage with Tyro devices, their hardware still runs off 3G as far as I’m aware.
The fact that 5G has started rolling out recently means they are 2 generations behind and need to upgrade their terminals in line with peers ASAP.
Why would anybody stick with an outdated system when one of the Big 4 can provide better, newer and more reliable service?
i can see a CR in the not too distant future. As you put it, switching 20k terminals won’t be cheap.
