Seems like a pretty good announcement. Allows them to get rid of the convertible note for cash instead of shares, so instead of diluting at $3.60 a share (convertible note), they are diluting at $5.00 a share instead. Hopefully they've got enough of a war chest now to avoid another raising until the market cap is much higher.
