It’s super confusing to work out how many shares and performance shares are on issue. I don’t even know if Yacov knows. Maybe that why he just keeps printing more and more!
anyway, it’s seams all investors are super pissed with the latest performance stock. Not only some of us on redit but it’s on other chat sites in disallowed and yahoo. Nasdaq investors have looked at this appalling greed and run for the hills!
it also raises an interesting proposition as to how the BOD ever sells or realises there stock for cash. Yacov must have an exit plan especially given his age. The saga of this greedy old bloke continues.
