Hi G13. Do you know if the 100mil MC milestone was hit on the day the shares went to $6.74? $6.74 gives a MC of around 98 million. Would be quite suss if the MC just kissed 100 mil on that day. Not sure if $6.74 is intraday high or closing price.
Yeah, giving themselves a quarter of the company and giving Yakov a cool $25 million US seems a bit excessive a reward for getting the share price to a point still below the ASX IPO price...
Only positive is that the shares are escrowed for 2 years. Perhaps it's a sign that the board believes we will be well beyond 200 mil MC by then and all will be forgiven.
