How many announcements about wild revenue have they made since then? None of them matter to the market.
What matters is the Performance Rights that Yacov printed for himself and his corrupt Board.
In one fatal stroke, they declared war on their own shareholders, and revealed to the market that GMVD is toxic poison to investors. Who would put their money in a company where revenue *only* goes to the Board but never to the shareholders? The only way this SP ever goes up again is if Yacov rescinds the Performance Rights. He ran to a new market hoping his ASX past would be forgotten. Well, Nasdaq has seen through him quickly enough. Does he realise it yet? Or is he cooking up a more malevolent plan?
