The definition of performance is creating healthy returns for shareholders. As a reward for taking the share price from an all time high of about 50 cents AUD down to about 15 cents AUD, Yacov and his cronies will get a quarter of the company, or ballpark 45 million dollars US of shares. Absolutely fine if you live in opposite world, but freaking theft if you live in the real world.
