Iron is just trying to warn people that this company is run by con-artists. I don't know if you had a chance to read Sisu's post before it was taken down on the other thread, but it gave a very good account of the shady history of GMV. If / when Yacov gets his performance shares, they will be worth around 25 million US dollars. 25 million for taking the company from an IPO of 20 cents to an ATH of 52 cents and then down to 3 cents and then, to get the performance shares, back up to around 15 cents (all in AUD). There are no adjectives to describe how disgusting Yacov's behavior is. Fortunately for us, even con-artists make successful companies sometimes, even if it is only momentary, so maybe we will get out of this with something.
