Just thinking out loud surely an agreed tiered percentage would be beneficial . I don’t see why existing shareholders shouldn’t be allowed to sell 10 percent of their holding on listing and then Slowly drip feed it.
Maybe another 10 per cent after 6 months. And then 10 per cent on 12 months followed by some controlled plan that won’t damage the price to heavily on large quantity selling.
After all it will help to protect the share price and future share holders and might even give existing share holders a little bit more .
If the company is successful why would you sell out anyway we have all been here for this amount of time .
The problem is obvious and once his power is reduced to a more tenable level then maybe this company can succeed .
