Found a bit of relevant data re Geva's holding:
From the ANN on 13 August 2020 before delisting (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-g-medical-seeks-delisting-to-pursue-q4-nasdaq-listing.5555237/), page41, Directors' Interests in Securities, Dr Yacov Geva has 301,388,307 No. of Shares.
From the Appendix 2A on 30/09/2020 (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-appendix-2a.5657036/), page 8, Total number of +securities on issue - 841,446,783 (excluding unquoted securities).
So roughly Dr Geva's holding percentage is ~ 35.82% before delisting from the above numbers. Consolidation doesn't change the percentage we all know so his percentage remains the same. As per "The Offering" file, after two consolidations (90:1), the pre-ipo ordinary shares outstanding is 10,414,684 plus 3,000,000 Shares Offered.
