Thanks for the update mg. Still sounds like a big ? over the whole thing and taking longer than expected, but fingers crossed. If some of Yakov's shares are being used as part of the raise, does that mean that there will be less SOI and a smaller MC post raise than previously calculated? In other words, less 'new' shares will have to be issued.
