The other positive is that we can be assured that the company will not be valued on outlandish “back of the envelope” /“boom boom” multiples. The SP will likely be a reflection of actual revenue for a considerable period. Forecasts & announcements will be viewed with doubt until they translate into $$. That isn’t a bad thing IMO.
