Only issue with staying on ASX was that we were broke & zero hope of ever again raising locally. Too many bridges had been burnt. We now have some $9m in the bank. The 30% fall is irrelevant to be honest- not a good look - but almost guaranteed based on the last ASX price. My overriding issue has always been the calibre of management & their repeated inability to execute anything. So yes Yacov needs to go. There’s $9m reasons for him to be removed.
