I just read that what some companies in a similar position to GMVD will do is offer a secondary offering around the end of the lock-up period where existing shareholders' shares can be used. This avoids the problem of the market suddenly being flooded with shares in a disorderly manner. The company may also issue some new shares at the same time to raise additional cash. Just a possibility.
