In the words of once infamous tennis brat- “you cannot be serious”. Just what we need- free shares, more dilution & everyone heading for the doors on Day 1. Not exactly what would attract IPO investors to an already marginal business. Listing successfully is the only way to get out of Dodge. The sole way to avoid large scale selling is to perform to expectations as a bare minimum, exceed expectations if at all possible & to have an accountable BOD which isn’t held captive to a flawed owner. An appreciating SP might encourage some to stay on the register and others to exit their positions in a smart way.
