Agreed, one thing that we have on our side is that asx holders carry a lot of power in this situation. It would be in the companies best interests to step up and establish a good line of communication shortly or else the stock will get slaughtered in 6-12 months - when they would be needing capital again. No access to capital due to a smashed share price and no new contracts means Yacov loses everything.
