Hi all, I am one of those with this "houdini stock". Wrote to VStocks re status, got a prompt reply with share holding statement, on consolidated basis but a note stating "Please note, according to our records, there is a lock-up restriction associated with your shares for a period of one year following the close of GMVD's offering. As such, you are unable to transfer your shares at this time." I understand I can't touch, but can I not even see! I haven't proceeded to set up an international account with my broker yet, and don't see a point in doing it when this is off-limits for a year. Any suggestions? Thanks, Gee
