I think everything hinged on the 17 university hospitals deal. The aborted IPO last Juiy-October coincided with the uni hospitals deal and the massive increase in patient numbers and revenue that was going to create. That's why they felt they could raise 35 mil and have a market cap of about 300 million. I guess the uni hospital deal unraveled just before they were due to list in October 2020 and that's why the IPO fell apart. Without the uni hospitals, GMV could only raise 15 mil and had to consolidate the shares 5 to 1 for a market cap of about 50 mil. It's going to take another deal on the scale of the uni hospitals to save this company. They've only got 12 months or so to make it happen. I'm not very hopeful.
