    Hi Poo , that is a very good question as the sentiment will be to get out asap ..
    I guess the best way is for the company to be successful , meeting guidelines and timelines and then the past is the past and Aus holders may want to hold.
    I am not sure of any other way they can stop Aus holder exiting en masse after 12 months as all SHs have to be treated equally.
