While things at large are still in uncertainty, this is surely a small but positive step. i myself am sort of a tech-oriented guy/had tech background, i always believe to make any marketing strategy workable you always have to have a good quality/likable product (obviously better with tech edge comparing to peers and patented) to lay a solid business foundation first. Hence it gives me some hope/more confidence that behind the scene/limelight there are still some experienced tech guys like Yossi Skandrany (
https://il.linkedin.com/in/yossi-skandrany-6032293?trk=public_post_share-update_actor-text,
bachelor of computer engineering at Tel Aviv Uni, 5 yrs at LifeWatch, and there are some great recommendations he received below his profile); and even the "disputed" CTO Nir Geva has some strong tech background i recon (from Registration F-1_A : ..Since 2013, Mr. Geva has served as vice president, engineering at WallSensor, a company he co-founded. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, Mr. Geva served in various capacities at LifeWatch AG (previously, SIX: LIFE), including vice president,
wireless application technologies. He has written over 15 patents related to medical devices,
remote patient monitoring and the Internet-of-Things (IoT). Mr. Geva holds a
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion-Israeli Institute of Technology and an Executive M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.). If their profiles are current, both Yossi and Mustafa are not even included in the top group of the company (who hold large portion of after-IPO shares as below also snippet from F-1_A):
I believe the guys in the above table (mostly over 60yrs in the above group with Yacov 71 except Brendan 44 and Niv 47) are mostly on with extensive medical industry experience/relations/resources side. However it is the tech team behind that can actually execute/realise the innovative ideas/goals put forward by the tele/mobile health. The existence of these type of team members gives one hopes. Hope we have more of these kind of guys. One may find other GMV team members in the following Zoominfo link:
https://www.zoominfo.com/pic/g-medical-innovations-holdings-limited/433655353It is certainly NOT an easy ride/hold on GMV at all for god sake, but this is market, no one can predict precisely (or close) hence is always of speculative nature more so for GMV. It happens so often in the market imho that one may lose on some of the stocks with high conviction yet win on some that were not so sure. Even the best chefs in top restaurants in the world would never have thought that the pandemic would hit the business in the way it has.
