I only mention Regal as IMO they are the largest individual shareholder behind Yacov. In reality they are the only ones that could push for change.
The more stock Yacov issues the more diluted his holding becomes and thus easier to reduce his voting power.
Yacov knows that shareholder will vote against him again.
It’s probably fair to share almost all shareholders are sitting on a loss. Most are down an absolute shite load. Most will have insignificant holding now. Given how ducked off most shareholders are, it wouldn’t surprise me if holders don’t sell and cause as many issues for Yacov as possible.
It’s only a matter of time before this bloke will go. Oh and don’t forget Brendan. What a joke he is still around.
