Yeah i think a staggered approach or a window where a large investor would open a purchase facility and existing investors could sell into it - similar to the share sale facility they were meant to do when delisting.....need to line up a buyer on the other side however.

It is not unusual for founders and insiders to exit some position into IPOs - i dont bemoan it to be honest, and do agree that a reduced percentage ownership would be beneficial for the company makeup going forward
